The team from Dolina Soče d.o.o. spent a productive working day in Friuli Venezia Giulia, exploring exciting opportunities for cross-border collaboration in tourism alongside our partner, DMO Turismo Benečija, as well as participants from the Julian Alps and Triglav National Park regions, including Zavod za Turizem Dolina Soče.

The company Dolina Soče d.o.o. has registered a trademark featuring the text “DOLINA SOČE SOČA VALLEY,” legally protected until April 22, 2034, by the Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Slovenia. The logo’s central visual element, Mount Krn, symbolizes the natural beauty of the Soča Valley. In addition to natural heritage, the brand aims to highlight the unique cultural, historical, and gastronomic heritage of the Soča Valley and its surrounding areas, contributing to greater recognition of the tourist destination both domestically and internationally.

Dolina Soče successfully applied for a LAS Alpske Reke-funded project focusing on fishing and water-related topics. In 2025, the company will conduct three pilot workshops to develop a commercial guided tour product called Zakladi Reke / River Treasures. LAS (Local Action Groups) is a Slovenian acronym for Community-Led Local Development projects, funded by EU LEADER/CLLD programs.
